Hi There! I’m Behyad

Greetings! I am a 4th-year BSc student in the Mechanical Engineering department at the University of Tehran. My main interest is oriented toward robotics, specifically multi-agent robotics. Additionally, I am interested in computer vision & image processing. I am looking forward to leverage great experience in my graduate studies.

Recently, I have participated in a robotics internship program presented by ROMER at Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ) under the supervision of Prof. Erol Şahin. The objective was to understand multi-agent robotics and enhance the corresponding simulation using the ROS interface on Ubuntu OS.

Furthermore, I am a junior engineer at Pinjection under the supervision of Prof. Alireza Sadeghi. Our main priority is to develop automated mechanisms to assemble various parts of an insulin pen.

Selected Honors

  • Ranked in the top 10% of the Mechanical Engineering Department’s students
  • Received SFUT scholarship based on the each semester’s GPA.
  • Achieved sub-1000 national rank in the university entrance exam. Ranked in the top 0.5% among nearly 150,000 students in the Iranian university entrance exam.
